Mayobridge Club Notes Sunday 8th March 2020
A huge congratulations to Eimear Magee who is now through to the Ulster Final after winning the Solo singing category in the Ulster Scór Semi final on Sunday night in Glenullin, Co. Derry .
We are all very proud of you Eimear!
Congratulations to our U17s who retained the minor sevens in An Riocht on Sunday, beating Burren in a tense final after extra time.
The U10s had an early start on Saturday morning, travelling to Bredagh for their first blitz of the season which involved fourteen teams. The girls played four games giving a very good account of themselves in every match. The team included some players who have never played in a blitz before and everyone was a credit to their parents, coaches and club. Two teams from this blitz will be chosen for an U10 activity day in Croke Park taking place in April so fingers crossed.
Ahead of St Patrick’s Day we are having our Monthly Traditional Session on Saturday 14th March 9pm to Late! We invite you to join us.
