After two recent losses to Burren and Bosco, the U-14 team got back to winning ways with a good win over Attical on Monday night last, winning by 10-12 to 7-4. Mayobridge played with a strong wind in the first half and got off to a great start with the goals and points flying in. Attical rallied with a couple of goals but the Bridge went in at half time leading by 5-9 to 2-0.
Playing against the wind in the second half, the Sky Blues conceded a few goals early on and Attical came back in to the game. The Bridge however were not to be denied and regained control to run out convincing winners.
